As set out in the published joint technical note on citizens’ rights (available at: www.gov.uk/government/publications/joint-technical-note-on-the-comparison-of-eu-uk-positions-on-citizens-rights), both the UK and EU position is that documents should be issued free of charge or for a charge not exceeding that imposed on nationals for issuing of similar documents.</p> more like this
